Select SDV in GoG Galaxy ,then under More -> Settings -> Channel-> select Default.

My game kept installing the 1.3.32 version and wouldn't update to the 1.4 at all. Even manually installing the 1.4 then sycning GoG galaxy made it revert it to the old version. Make sure you are on the Default channel.
