I've reached the point where Jiyin want me to find Giga Worms for favour. Problem is, literally all I've been finding for the last few days when I go to a non-faction mission is Space Mites, small and medium worms, and those damn annoying mining robots. Not a single Giga Worm to be found, and it's especially irritating considering how many alien mobs there are to slog through; far more than an equivalent faction mission. Doesn't help that the mini-boss giant worms don't count either.

Anyone got some up-to-date advice on finding them?

From that link: "A future update will add opportunities to summon one accidently and / or purposefully if you're worm hunting!"

That message was posted by a developer in 2016. I guess they forgot to do it.
