So, my Sager gaming laptop has a 4K monitor, and I like to play most of my games in 4K if possible. I can do this in Starbound, but the UI is just a bit too small, even for my nearly perfect 20/5 uncorrected vision. I can make everything out if I squint or lean in closer but that gets uncomfortable.

Right now I have the game's res set to 1920x1080 (1080p) and 4x zoom level. That works fine. But what I would like to know is, are there any mods that make SB's UI more friendly on 4K resolutions (increase the zoom level beyond the maximum 4x)?

I just bought SB from GOG a few days ago, so I am new to the game. Right now I am playing vanilla with no mods, except a shading mod that changes the graphics a bit. Nothing that affects game content. I just had to try something different from what I normally play. Later on I will add mods but only after I have beaten the game on a vanilla playthrough. This game is proving to be quite fun and addicting. I remember trying Terraria years ago and I found it hard to get into.
