The penguin weapon shop has been closed down. Was it removed or closed during patch. Or Must I start the entire game over with a new character?


This is the Character I have been playing for a white now. Finished the MQ, did pretty much everything in the game, almost collected every single item also.

I had the same issue. Defeating the Shockhopper Mk I again with the same character did not re-open the weapon shop for me. However, I had another character that had not yet braved the Penguin Weaponry Testing Site. After finishing the quest with him, Biggy's Reputable Weaponry opened again.

Mine is not gone but he don't gives me the quest tu upgrade my ship.

Did the Testing Site quest twice in a row. The Penguin Shop was open for business as usual.
