Is anyone else out there having trouble with their keys not mapping right in the '93 X-wing?

I haven't tried everything out, but so far, it seems

1. the + and - to increase/decrease throttle don't work
2. \ to cut throttle to 0 instead goes to 2/3
3. [ and ] to set 1/3 and 2/3 throttle, respectively, both do 1/3

Anyone else seen these sorts of issues?
If you've messed with the key mapper file yourself to (for instance) use a joystick, you should know that DOSBox is just fine with mapping keys to more than one button at a time. For instance, I had an issue where a single joystick buton would transfer energy from lasers to shields and then right back again because I had swapped them without deleting their previous mappings.

If you have a DOSBox keymapper file in your X-Wing folder, try deleting it.
I haven't touched the keymapper. I just installed the game, fired it up, and found these issues.

Also, I found that I'm having similar trouble in the '98 (Windows) version. Same throttle issues, and I also found that the ' and " for shifting laser and shield power aren't working either.
