What exactly do you mean?
Which game?
And what exactly is a "Joystick head"? The POV Hat?

I'm *assuming* that you mean x-wing alliance, but when you are landed the mouse is THE only option to look around inside the cocckpit, in flight you cannot use the mouse, the game engine is hardwired not to use it during flight.
Hi,
i havent realised that the XWing series shares a forum, i am talking about X-wing Alliance
I am used to move my head with the mouse from other flight sims, thats why i was asking.
I hoped that there was some .ini file i could mod to use my mouse during the flight because it is working in the landing bay

Nope, either use the POV hat or the keyboard, in any case looking around isn't that useful in combat in my experience with this game.

I don't think it would be very useful anyway, this is not like real jet fighter simulations, you can fly exclusively by radar and using the targeting computer to identify the various dots and know their orientation when they are not in front of you, most of the smaller imperial crafts are grey and black so it's difficult to see them from afar and when close is just a distraction from your sights.
