does anyone know how to disable the mulit-media fuctions on the f9/f10 keys on windows 7? right now they control the play/pause and stop on mediaplayers and I of course need them to control the laser ans sheild recharge settings in x-wing. I have does searches but everything has been too vage.

Which keyboard do you have?
Normally it's a keyboard function not a windows function.

It was a gateway FX keyboard. I've soved the problem by using a old keyboard I still had lying around
