Has anyone gotten an Xbox series x controller to work?

When the controller is connected via Bluetooth the Xbox 360 controller option comes up but none of the buttons work. I've tried going into the controller config and added the Xbox Wireless Controller name to one of the options but still nothing

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
