All the video cutscenes are showing up with a black screen, but the sound works. I can skip the cutscenes, but I'd love to see them in the game, as I've not played this one.

I'm running windows 7 professional 64 bit.
Also running Nvidia Geforce GTX 960.


I've tried replacing binkw32.dll with other versions, but that just breaks the game (won't start/load).
I've also tried compatability mode on Europa.exe, which seems to launch the game, and that also doesn't work.

Yes, I know I can go see the videos manually, but I'd really like to see them in the game in their appropriate place.

Any assistance is appreciated!!!!
