My setup: AMD 3900X, GPU 5700XT Power color Red Devil, 16gb ram. 120hz LG monitor, O.S. windows 10 64bit
After the game running ridiculously fast @ over a whopping 400 fps+
i tried all the suggestions i was able to find on-line with none of them working.
Finally i tried the tinkering with the windows compatibility options
lo and behold what worked for me:
step 1: right click SOTE.exe at the bottom of menu select Properties
step 2: click on Compatability Tab
step 3: leave Compatability mode box unticked, under Settings tick On the Disable fullscreen Optimizations box
and the Run this program as an administrator box . hit apply run game, hope this helps some of you.
