So I had the dreaded menu not working issue. I renamed the old folder and reinstalled. That didn't work but the kicking the antivirus from blocking it did. Trouble is if I have any saves they are in the OLD folder. Does anyone know what files/folder i'd need to move to get them in the new one?

You have to copy the PlayerProfiles folder from GOG Games\Star Wars - Rogue Squadron 3D\Rogue.
