Just purchased and can't even launch the game , i keep getting a failed to load with the REBEXE.exe file. tried verifying, uninstall/reinstall, compatability modes and run as admin and still nothing. Running winows 10. It keeps saying application error, can't start correctly. Any help would be great =D

I just had the problem myself.

The issue is that the WIndows 10 Creator's Update no longer has legacy DirectPlay installed by default, which a lot of old games still need.

Follow these steps to fix the problem:

1. Open Windows 10 Settings.
2. Type "windows features" in the search and choose "Turn Windows features on or off"
3. On the "Windows Features" screen look for "Legacy Components" and expand it.
4. Check "DirectPlay" and click OK. It should install fairly quickly.

The game should now run just fine. Hope that works for everyone.
