Hello guys.

I recently decided to play and finish KOTOR 20 years or so after release and I don't remember having that problem back in the days.

Sometimes after a fight, cutscene or conversation my WSAD and mouse movement is stuck. I press buttons, but my character won't move, but the all other stuff is working. I can change my EQ, read the journal etc.

I than have to save and reload to make it work.

What could be the problem? And no, I'm not alt tabbing :)

This is a known problem caused by high frame rates (see the PCGamingWiki).

If you don't want to cap your framerate you can hold down both mouse buttons while quicksaving.
