So far I've tried the usual stuff,

Alt+enter minimizes it.
Changed resolution settings.
Changing Fullscreen=0 in the ini doesn't open it in windowed mode.

I'm on windows 11 :(

My monitor is a 49" which may have something to do with the issue.
