I've tried running in compatibility mode for XP (both service packs), 7, 8, Vista. Frame Buffer and Soft Shadows set to 0 in .ini. Tried running in both options of reduced color mode. Tried both resolution options. Tried graphic settings at lowest and highest.

Running on a fairly low-end 2017 Windows 10 Lenovo Ideapad 10.

Not sure if that's possible in KOTOR2, but here's what helped me with the same issue in KOTOR 1.

Having tried all of the solutions suggested online and failed, I launched swconfig.exe from the main directory and simply disabled videos there.

Worked like a charm.

If there is no swconfig app for KOTOR2, there should be an option to disable videos in the .ini file.

Hope it helps
