I had to instal old Windows Vista for playing my KotOR I from Steam. Does GOG's version have the same issues?
Or does run well with new OS?

I run KotOR 1 with Win 7 64 bit without issue. I even have the widescreen mod installed.

With mods, unofficial patches and fixes Steam version runing too. I ask rather how to game behaved out of box.

I had the game running 'out of the box' before I installed the widescreen mod, which is the only mod I have.
