The start videos of Lucas Arts and Bioware logos play just fine. The next page is the splash page of Darth Malak that should go into either an intro video or the main menu (I don't recall which, since it's been a long time since I've played it). It crashes without giving any reason. I've tried the steps the general support page gives to fix crashing because of videos. I'm running Windows 10. Anyone else encounter this and know a fix?

You need to disable videos. Unfortunately having videos enabled causes KOTOR not to work. Disabling videos should, in theory, make the game work. You can find the videos on YouTube at:

EDIT: I saw that you have tried disabling videos already. Did you download KOTOR in the GOG Galaxy application? It is easier to disable videos in the app.
