I don`t mean the DRM-Free Factor This is so or so very good.

I read the Topics and in Conclusion you must obey to start as ADMIN in the WINXP 2SP and its given not a implemented Widescreen Patch.

The Question in summary for me: I have the two games (KOTOR 1 and 2) on Steam in my Bibliothec and why should i buy the GOG Version, too?
The GOG.com versions are optimized for modern operating systems.
Many tweaks, fixes and of course the latest patches are therefore included and enhance the experience for many, many users. Someone in this forum who owned both versions on both platforms stated that the packages are otherwise more or less the same.

I think you should buy the GOG.com versions, just because they're DRM-free. But it won't hurt to wait for a sale and at the moment I'm quite angry with GOG, so I won't give you a 100% recommendation.
In the GOG version Bastila has a three way with Mission and Zaalbar.

Is she? I always took her for 16 or 17.

Well it's not like that fact saves what is an atrocious joke on my part. :D

When you first meet her she tells you something along the lines:
"Hey, I'm not a kid, I'm FOURTEEN YEARS OLD!" <her stress>

But yeah, I knew it was in jest. A bad joke, but...

I laughed when I read this but I'm not easily offended by jokes about fictional characters in a video game.

I don't feel bad about posting an offensive joke, I feel bad about posting a really bad one. :P

Mind you most of mine are bad but that was really really bad.

I must like bad jokes then because I thought it was funny.

Wait, that was a joke?!
I just bought both games because of your teasing, and now I learn I’ve been tricked… Cruel world indeed.

Internet. Never. Forgets.

You’re welcome ;)
KOTOR 1 - Not that I know of, both executable files are version 1.0.3.0

KOTOR 2 - I have sound issues, gog's executable is 2.1.0.0, Steam is 2.2.0.0; I don't have issues with the Steam version...

Edit: For what it's worth, both of the gog versions force Aero off in windows 7; the Steam versions do not, so there is something different going on between them. Even when disabling the Steam overlay, Aero is still left on. ( I thought maybe the Steam overlay was preventing the game from disabling Aero)
