Is there anyway to enable cheats while playing with bots on MP other than using devmap "mapname" on the console? It's tiring to add all the bots once again.

Most of the singleplayer cheats are not work on multiplayer. The cheats must be enabled server-side, it is only possible by launching a dedicated server.

I not exactly know what cheats can be used in multiplayer. The god mode, or noclip maybe can be enabled. But for example the force cheats can not be used, because the server always override it.

There are several multiplayer-based mods which can extend these functions. It is not cheat, but in JA+ you can scale the models serverside. You can make small Yodas, and large Desanns.
