Game continuously crashes upon opening. have windows 10, and have already tried every single (literally) compatibility mode to get it to work. also tried opening it as administrative. Does anyone know how to get it to work that does not involve downloading an earlier Windows?

I have the same problem. I cannot get OpenJK to work with it either

Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063

While debugging, there is an access violation.
j2ksp.exe and j2kmp.exe

Compatibilty does not help.

found a solution a dozen threads or so ago "game wont start" by redneonfox
