Just as I was saying in my title, I'm basically running into a lot of problems.

I originally bought it on Steam. Just doesn't want to work on Windows 10. Plays the two cinematics then boots me back to windows. Now, I bought it on GOG and I can finally play the game but I can't find the Clone Campaign characters or assets in the Scenario / Campaign Editor.

Do I have to play through the actual campaigns before they can be used in the scenario editor?

You need to run the Clone Campaigns executable, not the one of the base game.
