It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Does anyone have a reliable way to force the game into windowed mode? I tried the GOG version, which doesn't offer it. The -windowgui parameter only affects the menus.

I also tried the version from jkdf2.com. Dgvoodoo could get that version to work, but the "windowed " option doesn't seem to do anything. The game runs in windowed mode whether or not it's checked.

I can get it working with DxWnd. The only problem is that it has some rendering issues. DxWnd has a lot of options, though, so maybe you can figure out how to correct them. You can also try it with other ddraw.dll wrappers.

What are your DxWnd settings? I can't get the game to run in DxWnd.

I think that it simply worked with default settings. Make sure that you're not using dgVoodoo with it, since I found that the game crashed when using that + DxWnd. Actually, try it without any ddraw.dll wrappers first.
