I have the same problem. Does enyone have a solution to this??
Perhaps one of the advanced display settings might help. Run the game with the command line parameter -displayconfig and then find the Advanced button in the game's display settings.

I tryed this. The option "Clear Dispaly" helped somewhat, but there are still problems with the way some parts of the textures are "see through" in a way that does not seem intentional.
DxWnd might have a setting to prevent it. I had to use it on Mysteries of the Sith to avoid texture smearing on textures (not your issue, but perhaps related). I would look for settings related to textures and transparency/alpha/32-bit.

Game won't even start when using that parameter.
