Not sure how to get rid of them. Uninstalled the latest version, and all mods along with it, but problem persists upon reinstall. Any advice? Can attach screenshot if needed

EDIT: Screenshots below. Computer wouldn't pick up the flicker, but my phone would. Also, loading screens do not flicker. Both 1.1 Multiplayer Update 1, and 1.1 Multipllayer Update 2, the two most recent released versions of the GOG game, experience this issue on my laptop. This was not the case until three months ago. Would appreciate some help :)

You could try running in windowed mode by adding /win to shortcut launch options. I would also recommend updating your graphics drivers

Unfortunately, I am unable to get windowed mode to work on windows 10 for myself. I am adding it to the target line with a space and within the quotations in this form: "...SWBF2Launcher.exe /win"

Computer says my graphics driver is fully up to date. Any further advice?

Maybe problem with the vsync? Your monitor's and the game's refresh rate is too different. If your video driver allows it try forcing vsync on the game, or if it already on try disabling it. Honestly it is hard to find out just from a screenshot but for me it looks like some kind of extreme screen tearing. This is usually caused by different refresh rate of the game and monitor.
