After a mission the cutscene will start for a second and then go to the mission stat screen. Not a huge deal I guess but I still would like to see the story. Anybody have an idea why they don't play? Google hasn't really been too helpful.

That's common for people who record or stream this game, but as I'm sure you're not doing either the only thing I can think of to suggest would be to look up the cutscenes online
