In Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2005), When running a internet or Lan multiplayer server the AI who usually use all vehicles in instant action mode, refuse to use certain Vehicles in Multiplayer.

So far from testing each map: the AI use the atst and speeder bikes on endor, the atat, atst, and air speeders, on hoth, the atst on felucia.

But the AI refuses to use: the hover tanks on Felucia, kashyyyk, naboo, polis massa, mygeeto, Yavin 4, Utapau, and the speeder bikes on kashyyyk.

The AI refuses to use these vehicles if on a multiplayer server.

I hope a patch could be made to fix this on the retail, gog, steam, and origin version please.

Yeah, same issue here. I guess it's just better to get mods for those maps that barely change anything. I wonder if BFX fixes the AI on those maps.

They do, just not as well or often. The game was never known for it's smart NPCs.

BTW, AI does not really exist in this or any game (maybe a few newer games), it's just really good programming that fools a player into thinking that the NPCs are thinking and using AI.

For example, F.E.A.R has NPCs programmed so well that I swear they are thinking (they sneak up behind you, try to flank you, hide, etc...)

Just sayin.
