I bought Elite Force, downloaded and run it. Immediately, the screen goes black. Occasionally, the screen will flicker and I will get some graphical glitches (snow pixels, green with a pattern over it.)
It appears that the black may be when the opening videos are playing, but I get no sound or picture. I'm unable to ALT + TAB out or CTRL + ALT + DEL out. The only way to stop is to reset the PC.
After trying this, I had installed another game that required me to turn on Secureboot in the BIOS, so I tried after doing this, and I got the same issue, but eventually the screen would flicker and show the LCARS (Star Trek style) screen that looked like for setting the brightness. It would only display for less than a second then go back to black.

Any ideas for fixing this?

I tried playing around installing on other PCs and it worked, but not on my newest PC (About 1 year old).

It appears to be caused by the AMD Software Adrenalin Edition software for my video card. Most of the settings were turned off (Radeon anti-lag, chill, image sharpening) The only one on was the Enhanced Sync. Turning that off seems to have fixed it.
