So will this GOG version provide:
SFC3_Patch_1.01_Beta_2_Build_v534.exe

So that the following can run?
HD1610.zip
Win_10_fix.zip

If so, I'll buy it for sure.
Thanks...

Otherwise precisely what version is it?

It does seem to be build 534. I'm not sure about "Beta 2" though. The contained documentation says "Star Trek Starfleet Command III® Beta Patch Version 1.01 Build 534".

I'm not sure of GOG did anything else to it to make it run better for Windows 10, but as you can see in the forum, some people have run into issues but they seem solvable with the DirectX wrapper. Will give the widescreen patch a go later.

Yes! The 534 patch is preinstalled.

I'm not certain it is the final 534b. Doing an overlay with that build corrects for many of the issues.

It is. The main menu even reports it so.
the menu says 534, not 534b. when i install the 534b patch i get an error to enable 16bit color. im still playing around with it but i THINK the gog game is one patch prior to the final released by taldrin

you dont need a widescreen patch. Just go to the home page for the game on GOG app, then go to the little lines next to the pay button, then go to additional executables, DirectX settings then diable "aspect ratio"

Worked for me, i now play in full screenw ith 1440p monitor ;-)
