I dunno how many remember this but i did somehow but i see alot of vids where they wonder how to zoom out the camera to see more so I thought id mention it here. So if it helps. All you do is hold down left and right mouse buttons and pull the mouse down to zoom out a bit and up to zoom right in. You can rotate the camera too with holding both buttons too and moving the mouse left or right. To pan quickly just hold the right mouse and move the mouse around.
Thanks bro, you saved my game!

I completely forgot about the ability to zoom in Armada. Thanks! It's definitely been nice to see more of the battlefield now. lol

in RTS_CFG.h you can configure the 3d view to allow you to zoom in or out more than you normally can.

If you change those values too much though, you might also need to increase the near or far clipping planes in ART_CFG.h. Otherwise things might not be drawn if they are too far from or too close to the camera.
