I hope this will be useful to anyone. I was able to extract the whole list of commands that can be used with ship's computer. Makes it easier to get even more from this great game (note that not all of the commands can be accessible at the beginning of the game).

There's also a variable [System name] which is used by a generic description for any system name that has not been covered by above list (variable is not a keyword, so typing "system name" won't give you any result). I don't have a keyword list for that unfortunately.
