For anyone interested, a few Star Trek (TOS) sound effects that I mixed together. These sound effect files are GREAT for playing in the background to add a little background ambience and atmosphere while playing games such as "EGA Trek", "Star Fleet I: The War Begins!", "Star Fleet II: Krellan Commander", or any other games of that genre :)

A short (0:08) WAV format file of engine rumbles and scanner sounds, flawlessly looped. You'll probably need something other than the standard WinDoZe Media Player (e.g. Ian Luck/Un4seen Developments' "XMPlay") to play the file in order for it to loop properly.

This is an MP3 format file that is a longish (5:51) mixture of all sorts of bridge sound effects (engine rumbles, engines going to warp, scanners, computer, turbolift, turbolift door, bosun's whistle hail, red alert, ship damage, etc...), and will sound fine under WinDoZe Media Player (as the MP3 has a short fade-in and fade-out at the beginning and end of the file).
