It seems that when I try to install misery mod 2.1 for Stalker call of pripyat, it has some sort of error. I think the error was something very roughly like "cannot find source directory to file (I cant remember the file name sorry).ogg" I DO know that the file type was a .ogg file though. Maybe GOG isn't updated to the latest version of call of pripyat or something? I'm at a complete loss here and I have searched everywhere for a fix. So if someone can help that would be much appreciated.

P.S And I do have another error when trying to run the game from "xrEngine" the error is "Cannot open file "fsgame.Itx" Check your working folder" But I can run the game just fine from the "Launch S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat" GOG shortcut just fine.

Extra P.S If the .ogg file name is really important then I will look to see what it was.
Odd, I installed Misery 2.1 on the GOG version of Stalker CoP without a problem and have almost finished playing it.

Also that error message about the missing .ogg files (audio file) is probably saying it can't find that file in the Misery install files.

I think I downloaded the full version Misery 2.1 from ModDb.com, if you got it elsewhere maybe try getting it from there. Also if you open the .7z file you can do a test on the archive to check that it downloaded ok, just incase.

About the error mentioning "fsgame.Itx", it's because you can't start the game using "xrEngine.exe", you have to start the game with a shortcut or check for and use "Stalker-COP.exe".

All I can really suggest from what you've said is to make sure your download of Misery is ok, or maybe try redownloading it if in any doubt. Also trying to Uninstall/reinstall Stalker CoP before installing Misery.

Also you might be able to get help on the Misery forum on ModDb

edit,,, I think it's also worth noting that there are a few bugs in Misery once you get it installed, nothing to drastic but you may want to look for the Anabiotic Fix, to make that drug work properly in v2.1, and a personal preference check out the alternative scopes, I think some of the default scopes are far to hard to aim with because they don't clearly indicate the center sometimes. There are also some other nice Misery modifications you might be interested in from the ModDb forums.
