It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

So I am getting an error when clicking on the mod browser. I don't see anywhere that allows me to add any account credentials and this is a legit pre-order copy.

"SINGLE SIGN-ON FAILED

We are unable to authenticate with SSO using your current account."

See image attachment.

Gog Galaxy is running and I am launching from there. It is also up to date and ran as administrator.

Same here. Made a support ticket about it. Would probably be good to get more tickets about the same thing so they'll probably bump it up.
hey i had the same issue, if youve used another game with mod.io you can find the user.json file from %localappdata%l/mod.io/[any one of the folders that has a user.json file] and copy that to the latest folder in the %localappdata%l/mod.io/ folder in my case it was %localappdata%l/mod.io/5761/198049195655472481 for Stalker but I'm not sure if thats universal. After that a restart of my game and it was logged in and I could download mods!

Hey thanks mate! I contacted GSC, GOG, and MOD.io and none of them could give me an answer just a generic "We are investigating the issuue.. I first tried installing SnowRunner but it uses a different location and file structure for mod.io but I then installed Dying Light 2 and there was a new folder created for it and I went in copied the user.json pasted into the other folder and it worked! Thank you so much!
