Basically just the title. I have a PC at my cabin that does not have internet. So I was looking to grab the offline patch installer to update 1.4. But the latest patch I see is 1.2.1 to 1.2.2? Is there no offline installer for the 1.4 patch and I just have to download the whole game again and reinstall?
