I heard GOG forced VSync in all STALKER games. Are there ways to remove this patch?

Be careful, GOG limited the frames because of very high frame rates in menus.

Or simply contact GOG support. In the past they provided the original unaltered files of the game if someone had asked for them.

DeMignon is right about the high framerates causing issues. GSC itself enforced VSync in any copy of the Stalker games with the latest patch applied.

My laptop is not Solo's Millennium Falcon ))) GPU produces ≈230 FPS in menus and ≈25..30 FPS in the game. I believe having such performance it can't kill itself. And as I know VSync could lead to larger problems with FPS on such systems.

V-Sync is a bad remedy, disable v-sync and use a framelimiter instead to prevent excesive framerates.
