Is there any easy way to change the size of the HUD crosshair? Specifically I would like to make the crosshair lines thicker. Playing at 1920x1080 resolution with the crosshair lines being the width of a single pixel easily gets lost against the game world.

edit: I dug into the game files, but all I could find relating to this is the HUD texture for the dot the game has in the place of the crosshair when you don't have a gun in hand.
