Hello folks,

Did you ever encounter this error "Error during platform-switch" while traveling to an island ?
If so, how do you resolve it ?

I'm stucked. I tried via the global map, via the portal, ... no go.
I simply can't travel to the Gate of Swords where the next step of the plot lie.

I read that the state for each island are in the save game. Can we edit it to reset the state somehow ?

P.S: By the way, going back to an old savegame is not a solution...

I played the Steam version, and got exactly the same "error during platform-switch" message followed by an "access violation" alert, when I travel to the Gate of Swords map. I have multiple old saves before the Anniversary update was installed. All other maps before and after GoS (Sevenkeeps, Fireforge, etc.) loaded without any problem, and any attempt to go to GoS island (fast-traveling, teleporting, loading a game saved on that map) crashes the game.
