I was stuck at "No Employment Record Found" , after some googling (mostly in text form) I get it pass and solve the next puzzle "Right All Along" alone.

And now I'm stuck again in "Accidents Happen".
Input
Alpha P (50%) and Si (50%)
Beta H2
Output
PH3
SiH4

At a glance the H is unbalance. My strategy is to unbond H2 twice. In the second time I put a H in 2 slots using flip flop, and the remaining H in a V shape waiting for alpha. Then the alpha bond the Hs and pass the sensor. If it is Si it will go back to the bonder pad and grab the H, bond again then output.
My problem is I can only store 2 H after unbonding, if P appear in 2 rows, both 2 slots for H is full and get collision.

Can anyone give me some hints? (no video please)

I haven't progressed that far in the game yet (I had to look up the "Flip Flop" command), but here's what I've come up with (I tried not to mess up with your solution too much).

First off, this only works if 3 at most of the same element (P or Si) show up successively.

So the main idea is to add a third storage space for a Hydrogen atom. In order to do that you will need 2 FlipFops on the blue line. You should leave an empty space between the single H atoms.

The red waldo, with the help again of 2 FlipFlops, will grab the Hydrogens. Make sure it grabs the atoms in the same order the blue waldo drops them.

It's definately not neat but I think it works.
Have one waldo, say blue, pick up H2, break it and drop atoms on a bonder one at a time. Red picks up P or Si, bonds it with the right number of H atoms provided by blue and delivers to output. I didn't actually use flip-flops on this one.

Thanks for your hints! I was trying to accomplish too much with little to spear. Still I need a few flip-flops to finish this level.
