So I've played this before, same Windows 7 computer, so conceivably some remnant of the old installation is interfering, or maybe that has nothing to do with it. Anyway, it worked before, but now doesn't. This is the error I get:

Sounds like that all boils down to "File not found", but unfortunately it doesn't tell me what file wasn't found. Anyone else encounter anything like this?
