Some achievements are bugged. Is there any solution to fix that problem?

I got the same issue, I reached level 7 for both the Librarian and Heavy Weapon Specialist and didn't get those two achievements.

The Psygate achievement I believe I should have gotten the, as I completed the first two chapters of the campaign without using any psygates, and still nothing.

Probably the 10k kill achievement also bugged as I played a ton of special missing and multiplayer, and must have killed way more than 10k of Tyranid Xenos by now.

I can confirm the following achievements are broken:
Bravery!
Commandant
Devotee

These should be either easy low time investment or guarantied one of if completed the campaign. Since there is no n% marker on these also proves no one has them either.

Edit:
Ok after a bit of fooling around you can get these achievements below if you turn OFF the Codex Rules. This enables a lil' leveling system for that mission going up to 7.

It appears the following achievements also do not work at all. I have tried multiple times.
