I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to get SEIV to run in windowed mode on Windows 7 (64-bit). I tried the "WindowedSE4" program listed on spaceempires.net
(http://www.spaceempires.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownloaddetails&lid=708&ttitle=Windowed_SE4_Tool) but I still cannot get the black borders to go away and it's still running full screen. Is there any other way to get SEIV to run in a window?
