I have Windows 10 and an AMD card. I can get the game to run with a few different settings, with or without the compatibility patch (I didn't use the registry parts, since what they were intended to address isn't my issue). However, no matter which I select the FPS is so slow that it's basically unplayable.

Does anyone know of solutions that have worked for my specific problem of the game running really slow?
