I'm pretty far along in the game, having just defeated Gargos at Talendrah. I realized that I didn't have the Rune of Stones, and remembered through a walkthrough that the Grubby Merchant in Shadowguard Docks sells it. I'd seen him much earlier in the game but didn't have the coin to purchase the rune at that time. I have the gold now, but when I return to the Docks, he is not there. I waited around for a long time, hoping he would pop in. I exited and entered, used the Hex a few times, but still nothing. Is this a bug or part of the script? I really want the Magma spell, which the Rune of Stones will give me. I've also been searching online for hours looking for away to cheat to either make him appear or to give me the Rune directly. But I can't find any work around. The console doesn't work, and I don't think Cheat Engine will help by searching hex code, though I don't really know if I'm using it correctly.

Any advice from fellow Soulbringers?

Excuse me, have you found a solution to this ? Because i am playing the game, currently on chapter 2 and i can't seem to find him anywhere anymore just as you describe.

EDIT: I found him ! He moves on to the Oasis when you enter Chapter 2 (or sometime after that, but i think that's the trigger), but now you know his name ! Look for "Delgar Din" on one of the ships ! :)
