I bought this game a while ago here on GOG. I only owned the german retail version before that which I bought around 2001 or so. I remember liking it very much but have never finished it. I plan to change that. However, I remember that the German version was cut and I had to mess with the configuration to get it uncut. Does anyone know, whether the GOG German version is uncut?

Die GOG Version wird leider cut wenn man die Sprache auf Deutsch stellt, also kein Blut mehr.

Schade. Ich habe kein Problem mit Englisch, aber ich habe es auf Deutsch in Erinnerung... Ich werde es auf Englisch versuchen. Danke für die Antwort.
