I've noticed this long time ago, that patch installers which will upgrade an existing previous version to a recent one are only available to Windows. Usually not a big deal as I typically don't use them anyway.
But honestly, you guys expect me to download a full 11G installer for a patch that apparently could've been provided as a few MB small installer? Not even an xdelta patch file to "upgrade" the existing installer?
