Trying to figure out what is causing this. Tried to enable V-Sync to cap my refresh rate to 60.

The problem is my character gets stuck at random like... I can't move. Got to jiggle around smashing jump to eventually get unstuck. While I am stuck, enemies do not fire at me (Go figure).

What is causing this? And does the GoG release fixes that?

I am running Windows 10 64bits.
