I've seen this problem here on the forums but every question I saw of it went unanswered. I just installed the game I want to play it but I am unable to walk straight in any direction, a game breaking flaw. I read something about forcing Vsync even though the game doesn't have an option for it but I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me?

Go to your graphics card options, there you can enable vsync and some other stuff. '^-^

Thanks! Took me a minute to figure out what you meant but I found it on my own eventually and forcing the vysnc seemed to solve the issue.

Glad to hear. Have fun :D
It's a bug with the Quake 2 engine, made worse by higher framerates. If you don't like the way your mouse control feels with vsync on then look at capping the game to 60fps.
