Have been playing game perfectly fine prior, high end machine, Nvidia GTX1070
boot game and notice my graphcis are extremely low quality textures, everything is on max, notice video driver is set to OPENGL not 3DFx Open GL, guessing this is the issue.
Can't change it, reinstalled, tried compatibility settings, played with Nvidia Control panel, every time I select 3DFx OpenGL in the game it just go blank for a second and reverts back to standard again.
Ideally I want a fix that dosen't involve modding the game/third party add ons.
any ideas?
