When fully zoomed in with the sniper rifle the game ignores any small movements of my mouse that register just fine when when aiming unzoomed with any weapon.

Can anyone test this and see if they get the same thing to see if this is a problem with the game or if it's a problem with my setup.

Same problem. Don't have time to mess with settings to troubleshoot it, but suffice it to say it really pissed me off and made dealing with that stupid helicopter on the 2nd level an absolute nightmare.

Are you on windows 8 by any chance?

if so, try running the game with compatibility mode Windows 8 and "Disable scaling on high DPI" setting checked,

or

in \Soldier of Fortune\user\ folder, open config.cfg, and navigate and change the "set m_cursor_accel" to either 1 or 0
