For those who are having movement problems, like slding or just finding something off, I really recomend playing at locked 90 FPS, the game doesnt work well with very high FPS.

I typically play the first Soldier of Fortune locked at 60FPS, as that was what PCGamingWiki recommended. You didn't find any issues with 90FPS? If so, I may increase it.
